Tools and Tips: How to Enter a Hotel Special Service Request
 
 
 
1) Checkout

 
Once you have selected your Hotel and Services and Attractions, select the "checkout" button. From there, the Special Service Requests are entered in the section labeled "Itinerary Tools", just after you enter "Traveler Information". To enter, click on "Special Service Requests" to expand and enter your requests.
 
 
 
2) Hotel Requests

Select the "+" sign to expand hotel requests. From here, you are able to put in requests under the "Additional Remarks", such as "first floor" or "Room by Elevator". Please note that all requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Some hotels are limited to a certain length of text.
 
 
 
3) Bedding, Room, & Special Occasion Requests
 
You can also make your bedding requests, room type requests (smoking, non-smoking), and special occasion. Please note that all requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Some fees may also apply for certain requests, which will be paid at check-in to the hotel directly.
 
Some hotels do not offer the bedding, room type, and special occasion requests. In this event, only the "Additional Remarks" field will be available for requests.
 
Please do not enter your requests for the hotel under "Internal Comments". These WILL NOT be seen by the hotel.
